Keep the whole company aligned.

Getting started

Turn a broad idea into a useful mission, then explore how the workspace brings its team and work together.

Give the mission an outcome

Begin with something a team can finish. A useful mission names the intended result, the people it serves, and how you will recognize success. “Improve the product” leaves too much open. “Prepare a release that helps new customers complete their first project” gives the work a direction.

Add the constraints that matter: a deadline, a source of truth, and decisions that need your review. Keep the first mission small enough that you can assess its result.

A practical starting pointPrepare the next release for Friday. Engineering checks the release, Growth drafts the announcement, and Operations assembles the readiness review. Publication needs my approval.

Explore the current preview

  1. Use Build your company to choose Autoglide Cloud or a self-managed setup.
  2. Enter a company name and mission, choose the work and workload, then adjust the suggested agent roles and model strategy.
  3. Choose a weekly, monthly, or yearly planning period. Review the illustrative costs and set a budget cap. The sample rates are not an offer or provider quote.
  4. Save the plan preview and download a copy, or choose Explore sample workspace to pass the mission temporarily to the home workspace. That draft is removed after it is read.
  5. Open the product preview to explore task states, a sample approval, and a budget control. No payment, provider connection, or live agent execution occurs.

Plan the first handoff

For a future working team, define one owner for each task, the evidence that proves it is complete, and the next person who needs its result. Start with the smallest useful deliverable before adding more roles.

Refreshing the preview resets its local changes. Treat it as a way to evaluate the workflow rather than a place to store company information. The remaining guides describe the proposed product model and identify which parts are currently demonstrated.
